This musical, which is presented by soloists, chorus and one or more speaking narrators, tells the story of St Paul from the stoning of Stephen to Paul's eventual arrival in Rome.

His dramatic conversion on the Road to Damascus, his arguments with his fellow Christians and his journeys beyond the Hebrew world are related. The drama of his being freed from prison by an earthquake, the celebration of the Holy Communion and his escape in the storm and shipwreck on Malta are highlights in a production which lasts about 1 hour 30 minutes, including an interval

The production requires a good soloist for the role of Paul, plus a number of other soloists for other minor roles. There is also an on-stage mixed chorus.
