In this musical, Queen Victoria is an old lady who sits in her chair and remembers the many great people she has met during her reign. She remembers the engineers who built the railways, the inventors of photography, the Penny Post, the bicycle and the Greenwich Meridian Line and she remembers those who set the rules and began the tournaments of tennis, cricket, football and rugby.

Dialogue is also included between the songs.
